Meet Emil's cheesier side. Same little brother of the big, strong "Sourdough" from our Bun Gang - just wearing a golden cap of melted cheese before he goes into the oven. Underneath, he's still the same moist, soft, and only slightly sour roll you know, with that same crunchy crust - just a little richer once the cheese turns golden and bubbly on top. He still loves to play Burger bun or show up in his own shape - just don't be surprised if the cheese steals the show this time.
