Biscotti, also known as cantucci, are traditionally Italian almond biscuits that are twice-baked to give them a toasty and crunchy texture.  Since Maui Bread Company is borne of Hawaii, of course we had to give our biscotti an island twist. Instead of almonds, these are filled with toasted coconuts.  Try one and you might find yourself having a hard time deciding which to choose.
