The background of the owners, Steve and Christine Lange has a big influence on how they do business. They take advantage of their professional experience.
Christine has been involved in Naturopathy and Holistic medicine for over 25 years. Her doctors office in Germany has been specialized in gastroenterology focusing on how food influences our digestion, immune system and ultimately our health.
Many of our products are developed with this vast knowledge about healthy nutritional diet.
Steve has been a managing director of medium sized companies of plant- and equipment machinery for 20+ years. In the coffee, milling and bakery industry – among others – he has first-hand experience of how important the quality of raw materials is and what influences there are within processing and manufacturing from “field to cup” and “field to fork”.
With their treasure trove of experience, Christine and Steve are working with their team to make Maui Bread Company’s products as valuable as possible for a good daily diet.
Both of them are passionate about creating food which supports vitality and health.
