Never expose bread items to direct sunlight or extreme heat during storage

Freeze and thaw in the original bag that came with the item

For best taste, store in freezer not much longer than 6 month

Do not bake items when they are still frozen. You are jeopardizing the quality

Only remove the bag immediately before baking – or before enjoying without baking

If you are using items that you have frozen, please make sure that it has thawed completely in the bag

Never use convection or microwave to bake your items. This will unevenly heat the product

Use your oven with top and bottom heat
-
Always use the middle shelf in your oven, preferably without a sheet pan but directly on the oven grate

Always use a cooling rack to place your bread on after baking. This way the heat can evenly escape from the bread

Temperatures and baking times are always depending on your oven type. Therefore, you may need more or less temperature or and more or fewer minutes then recommended

No replacement in case of baking mishaps
Shelf-life prolongation info
After (half-)baking your products, they are cooling down and are packed in a heat resistant plastic bag. Then the products are heated (not baked!) with a specific temperature profile over a defined period of time. This sterilization process prolongs the shelf life enormously.
Have fun in customizing and personalizing your product
We would also like to motivate you to "experiment" with your favorite products. By changing the recommended temperature your product will turn out softer or crustier and/or by changing the recommended baking time your product will become lighter or darker.
